Our Message is God’s Good News found in the Bible, the way of salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe in God the Father, our Creator, in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who is our Savior and Lord, and in the Holy Spirit who renews our hearts, makes us His children, and gives power for living today.
Our Mission is to declare God’s grace and demonstrate His love as we fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
Our Vision is to make disciples of Jesus Christ who
Connect with God and with His Word (Psalm 119:105);
Grow in grace (Colossians 2:6-7; John 15:1-8); and
Serve by loving our neighbors as Jesus loves (Luke 10:25-37).
Our Name reflects God’s call on our lives. We call ourselves “Anacortes” because this is the community we are called to serve. We call ourselves “Christian” because as followers of Jesus Christ we trust in him as our Savior and Lord. We call ourselves “Reformed” to reflect our belief that God is sovereign in every area of life. We call ourselves “Church” because we celebrate being gathered out of the world and into God’s forever family.
